Nirav is an Indian Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in consulting and assurance, serving clients across India and the UK. He has expertise in global sustainability frameworks such as the GRI, ISSB, CSRD, etc, and has led several sustainability reporting projects for companies in India. During his tenure at KPMG India, he was part of Accounting Advisory practice and has, led some of the complex IFRS/Ind AS convergence engagements in infrastructure, pharmaceuticals, and other sectors. Nirav has spent two years in the UK working with KPMG’s International Standards Group and was involved in teams working on business combinations and fair value. Before joining Uniqus, Nirav led external assurance engagements for India’s largest automotive and pharmaceutical companies.
