IPO Roadmap Development

Preparing a comprehensive IPO project roadmap

Cross-Functional Task Allocation

Prioritizing action items, events, and other matters to ensure adherence to project timelines and efficient utilization of efforts; allocating subtasks for each sub-stream among various departments and closely monitoring to ensure end-to-end closure of tasks, highlighting critical paths on project plans

Critical Path and Timeline Management

Closing all diligences by BRLMs, including managing data requests from counsels, coordinating with Company teams, responding to requisition lists, and completing KYC for selling shareholders

Stakeholder Coordination

Managing communication with key stakeholders (BRLMs, BRLM counsels, Company counsel, International counsel, Auditors, Independent CAs, and Company POCs), assisting in filling out standard and ICA certificates, and monitoring adherence to timelines across all workstreams

Reporting

Conducting regular cadence calls with senior management to cover project progress, delayed workstreams, potential pitfalls, and key roadblocks
