Uniqus eyes $500 million revenue and IPO in 3–5 years, says co-founder Jamil Khatri

23, April 2025

Following a $20M Series C at a $250M valuation, Uniqus Consultech sets its sight on global expansion, AI-powered consulting, and a potential public listing.

Uniqus Consultech, a technology-driven consulting firm specializing in ESG, finance transformation, and risk and compliance, is preparing for a potential IPO within the next three to five years. Co-Founder and CEO Jamil Khatri confirmed the timeline in an interview with ETCFO, saying that while the company could go public sooner, it prefers to focus on building scale first.

The company recently raised $20 million in a Series C funding round, bringing its valuation to $250 million-a 2.5x increase from its previous round. Khatri explained that Uniqus has the performance metrics to consider a listing in as little as two years, pointing to expected revenue of $150 million and 20% EBITDA. However, he said, “That’s not the plan. We’re in no hurry. The IPO is something we’d like to do, but only after we reach our next level of scale.”

While the target remains a listing in three to five years, Khatri noted that the company remains open to the possibility of going public anytime after the next two years, depending on how quickly it reaches its goals.
